Monitoring Report: Byron Wetlands and Vallances Road Avifauna Survey (2014)

The Byron Bird Buddies (BBB) has previously supplied Byron Shire Council (BSC) with five avifauna monitoring reports since 2008. As with the objective of the previous reports, the purpose of this study is to build on the results of monitoring of the avifauna populations at Byron Wetlands (Byron Bay) and Vallances Road STP (Mullumbimby), in order to determine trends in bird diversity and populations at these two sites. This summary report provides only a brief breakdown of the results of the observations made during 2014 and provides a record of these observations in an Excel Spreadsheet.
